Cara Kamoie

An Annapolis native, Cara joins Arundel Rivers Federation as the 2026-2027 Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps Member. She graduated from Dickinson College in 2026, where she majored in Environmental Science with a minor in English. While at college, Cara worked closely with the Environmental Science Department as a teaching assistant and research assistant, focusing on vegetative communities, urban forestry, and the legacy impacts of human industry on the environment. She also worked as an intern for Dickinson’s Center for Sustainability Education, coordinating campus-wide sustainability initiatives and events. Outside of work, Cara enjoys reading, baking, and writing.
