Charlotte Graves

Charlotte is a native of the West River watershed, born and raised in Galesville. She holds a degree in Public Relations from Pfeiffer University and worked in college athletics for years before switching careers to work in the environmental field.

Charlotte joined Arundel Rivers in the spring of 2023 as the Director of Development and Communications, moving into the Deputy Director role in 2026. As Deputy Director, she oversees development, communications, and staff operations, helping connect people and resources to the organization’s mission. She works closely with the staff, supporters, and partners to strengthen the organization’s impact and drive meaningful progress in cleaner rivers across our watersheds.
